If you asked us what Johns & Taylor has been up to lately, here’s what we’d tell you.
Running a Major Enterprise Content Migration
We’re about six weeks into a multi-month content migration for a Fortune 500 client—consolidating 21 web properties into a unified platform. This is the kind of project that requires daily check-ins, meticulous content tagging, and custom tooling to handle the scale. We built export schemas, configured migration tools, and just kicked off the development phase after completing over 200 privacy audit investigations as part of the process.
Enterprise migrations are where our Content Operations expertise really shines.
Transforming Two Interconnected Websites
We’re in the final stages of a dual website transformation for a client who needed both a personal brand site and an organizational site redesigned as a cohesive system. We’ve moved through wireframes, sitemaps, design mockups, and just handed everything off to development. The sites will share a visual language while each maintaining its own identity.
This is what Complete Website Transformation looks like when done right.
Ongoing Enterprise Support
Beyond project work, we’re providing continuous UX support for several enterprise clients. That means visual QA for high-profile announcements, privacy compliance updates across multiple properties, documentation for complex component systems, and action plans for sensitive changes that require cross-team coordination.
Some weeks that’s processing hundreds of audit tickets. Other weeks it’s writing user stories detailed enough that developers can build without asking clarifying questions. The common thread: we handle the work that keeps large organizations running smoothly.

Empowering Clients to Do More Themselves
We’ve been investing in client self-service lately—creating tutorials and documentation that help internal teams handle routine updates without needing us. We believe in client empowerment. Our job is to build systems that make organizations more capable, not more dependent.
Not Taking On
We’re not chasing projects that don’t align with our values. We still turn down work where clients want pretty reports to sit on shelves, where micromanagement is the culture, or where the budget represents a Hail Mary rather than a strategic investment.
That’s what’s keeping us busy. If any of this sounds like the kind of help your organization needs, let’s talk.
